Rental Conditions
Clear rental requirements, insurance details, deposit options, and border crossing info.
Deposit & Payment
A 15% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due on pickup. We accept card, bank transfer, cash, POS terminal, and cryptocurrency.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the pickup date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of pickup forfeit the deposit.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required on pickup. Amount varies by bike model. This is returned at drop-off once the bike is inspected.
Mileage
All rentals include unlimited mileage. Ride as far as you want.
Age Requirements
Riders must be between 21 and 80 years old. A valid motorcycle driving licence is required.
Licence Requirements
An International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles is required, along with your home country licence. Thai licences are also accepted.
Minimum Rental Period
The minimum rental period is 3 days.
Border Crossings
International border crossings are allowed. You must notify us at the time of booking and specify which countries you plan to visit so we can prepare the necessary documents.
Insurance
Our bikes carry voluntary motor insurance. The coverage details will be explained at pickup. We recommend supplementing with your travel insurance.
Fuel
Bikes are provided with a full tank. Please return them with a full tank. Fuel shortfall will be charged at current pump price.
