By renting a motorcycle from Ducky's Motorcycle Rental you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Eligibility
You must be aged 21–80, hold a valid motorcycle driving licence, and carry an International Driving Permit (IDP) endorsed for motorcycles.
Deposit & Payment
A 15% deposit is charged at booking. The balance is due at pickup. Security deposit required at pickup — refunded on return.
Cancellation
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before pickup. Deposit forfeit if cancelled within 7 days.
Condition of return
Bikes must be returned in the same condition as rented. Damage beyond normal wear will be charged against the security deposit.
Rider responsibility
You are responsible for obeying all Thai traffic laws and local road rules in any country visited.
Insurance
Our bikes carry voluntary insurance. You are responsible for any excess/deductible. We recommend travel insurance with motorcycle cover.
Liability
Ducky's Motorcycle Rental is not liable for personal injury, loss, or theft during the rental period.
